how would i put these on?

if where this is supposed to go there is no buckle, just the straps, and no loop hole thing to put the extra leather/
so, in general, how would i put one of these on my western saddle?
What Justa C said. I’ve never used the buckle holes for a western cinch. I just don’t trust it. She gave you an excellent picture tutorial to follow.
